English order management. The recorded statuses provide the source for Sara’s order tracking.
Sara’s order tracking is designed for authenticated customers. Knowing an order number is not permission to view it. Searches are scoped both to the store and to the signed-in customer’s identity. The basic result includes the order number, status, placement date and number of items.
In the management workspace, Sara can find orders belonging to the same store and direct the administrator to their details. Viewing a status is separate from changing it: every management change needs appropriate permission and specific confirmation. Tracking reports the recorded state and does not turn an unknown delivery date into a certainty.
