SARA Mail is a web email workspace in each business’s private SARA management dashboard. The service is operated by ALABDAE ALSAHRIU TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C.

Your business’s authorized mailbox

Connect Gmail to read and search messages, open requested content, compose and send email, save drafts, manage labels and change read, archive or Trash state. One business’s connection does not connect another business’s mailbox.

Prepared before panel handoff

The platform administrator registers the business and identifies its intended mailbox.
The mailbox owner chooses the correct Google account and grants Gmail access through Google.
SARA completes initial synchronization. The administrator checks readiness before handing over the panel.

After authorization, background synchronization can keep the prepared mailbox available in the dashboard. Revocation or a Google account change can require reconnection. Entering an address or an email verification code is not permission to read the mailbox.

Clear permission and control

The current connection requests Gmail’s gmail.modify scope for the read, send, draft and message-management features described above. It does not request permission to permanently delete mail bypassing Gmail Trash. You can disconnect the account in SARA or revoke access through Google account settings.

Email AI is currently unavailable while its separate privacy and processing requirements are completed. Ordinary mailbox reading, manual sending and synchronization remain separate from AI.
